Sourced from small, family-owned farms across Colombia, these beans are brought to market through the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, a cooperative that supports farmers with fair pricing and export preparation. Carefully selected Supremo-grade beans from multiple regions come together to create the classic Colombian profile—low acidity, full-bodied, with nutty notes and subtle chocolate undertones.
